Shipping Policy
We ship to most countries around the world.
Customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia qualify for Free Shipping.
For all other countries, a $15 shipping fee per item will be added at checkout.
Please note that we cannot ship to some locations due to shipping restrictions.
Delivery Time
We move quickly to get your order packed and out the door:
- The 5:00 PM Cut-Off: If you order before 5:00 PM, we start working on it the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move to the next business day.
- Crafting & Processing: It takes our master team 2–3 business days to inspect, quality-check, and securely pack your jacket.
- On the Road (Transit): Once shipped, it spends 3–5 business days in transit.
- The Grand Arrival: All in all, your package will land on your doorstep within 5–8 business days.
Note: Our team works hard Monday through Friday. We take a breather on Saturday Sundays and public holidays.
How Shipping Works
- Once your order is ready, it is shipped through trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
- After your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours so you can follow your shipment.
Customs & Import Charges
- Depending on the rules in your country, foreign orders may have to pay customs duties or import taxes.
- Your local customs office sets these charges, which the customer must pay.
Shipping Address
- Before you finalize your purchase, be sure you have entered the correct address for delivery.
- If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Any additional shipping cost for resending the package will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with The Urban Hawk. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Please read the policy below before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.
Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to ask for a return.
- When your returned item gets to us, our team will look it over. If your request is accepted, we'll get right to work on replacing the item or giving you a refund.
Return Requirements
- To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- It has not been worn, used, or altered.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are still attached.
We may ask you to provide clear photos or a short video to help us review the issue before approval.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are excluded from our return policy:
Custom-made jackets, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products that show signs of use, have been washed, altered, or are returned without their original tags or packaging.

Refunds
After your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days before the amount appears in your account.
Replacements
If you’d rather receive another item instead of a refund, you can request a replacement.
Replacement orders are processed after your return request has been approved and are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Who pays the return shipping depends on the reason for the return.
If we’ve sent the wrong item or the product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re requesting a return for an approved size exchange or another eligible reason, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Delivery charges may apply when a replacement is requested due to size selection or personal preference.
Size-Related Requests
If the size isn’t quite right, you may request a replacement or refund as long as the jacket meets the return requirements listed in this policy.
Service Availability
Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to accept orders from certain locations. Customers in those regions will not be able to complete a purchase through our website.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, you will get your money back.
After 24 Hours: If you return your product within 2–3 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returns requested after 3 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
