Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries around the world.

Customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia qualify for Free Shipping.

For all other countries, a $15 shipping fee per item will be added at checkout.

Please note that we cannot ship to some locations due to shipping restrictions.

We move quickly to get your order packed and out the door:

The 5:00 PM Cut-Off: If you order before 5:00 PM, we start working on it the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move to the next business day.
Crafting & Processing: It takes our master team 2–3 business days to inspect, quality-check, and securely pack your jacket.
On the Road (Transit): Once shipped, it spends 3–5 business days in transit.
The Grand Arrival: All in all, your package will land on your doorstep within 5–8 business days.

Note: Our team works hard Monday through Friday. We take a breather on Saturday Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is ready, it is shipped through trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
After your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours so you can follow your shipment.

Depending on the rules in your country, foreign orders may have to pay customs duties or import taxes.
Your local customs office sets these charges, which the customer must pay.

Before you finalize your purchase, be sure you have entered the correct address for delivery.
If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Any additional shipping cost for resending the package will be the customer’s responsibility.

The delivery times given are only estimates. They could change if there are delays at customs, in bad weather, or with the courier.
During busy shopping seasons or holidays, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
